This paper describes the significant design to built an industrial networking training kit. This project is intended to visualise the student nature of networking toward a real time process. The design would allow student easily learn and understanding how to flow of networking with real time process. Presently, in industrial metworking subject student only exposing to use computer to network with PLC and monitoring graphically in SCADA interface without an exactly part of real time process. Industrial networking training kit is a innovation which can give an overview to student to look details a networking by additional of real time process. In this project, computer being used as a controller to PLC performing a network between two PLCs declaring each of its masterand slave and device net as additional input and output of real time process. An interesting part of real time process where there is contain two process which pick and place and sorting process. Not only application of graphical scada but real time process shows the real movement among automation which is an additional interest for student when learning industrial networking. Real time process has movement cylinder, detection signal by the sensor and running of motor conveyor that bring boxes as output productivity in this real time process. Therefore the industrial networking training kit is a solution for students to looks real time process is combine of networking and monitor through computer and this present methods of network PLC with motor control, cylinder, sensor and real world application.
